Altera o Anexo da Instrução Normativa IBAMA Nº 10/2023 que dispõe sobre a lista atualizada das substâncias nocivas ou perigosas.
O PRESIDENTE DO INSTITUTO BRASILEIRO DO MEIO AMBIENTE E DOS RECURSOS NATURAIS RENOVÁVEIS - IBAMA, nomeado pela Portaria nº 1.779/Casa Civil, publicada no DOU de 24 de fevereiro de 2023, no uso das atribuições que lhe conferem o art. 15, inciso V do Anexo I do Decreto nº 12.130, de 7 de agosto de 2024, que aprovou a Estrutura Regimental do Ibama, publicado no DOU de 8 de agosto de 2024, e o art. 217 da Portaria Ibama n.º 73, de 26 de maio de 2025, publicada no D.O.U. no dia 27 de maio de 2025, o parágrafo único do art. 4º da Lei nº 9.966, de 28 de abril de 2000, e considerando o constante nos Processos nº 02027.000281/2024-11 e 02001.003018/2021-11,
Resolve:
Art. 1º O Anexo da Instrução Normativa nº 10, de 17 de março de 2023, publicada na Seção 1 do Diário Oficial da União, em 23/03/2024, Edição 57, página 141, passa a vigorar com as seguintes alterações na forma do Anexo desta Instrução Normativa.
Art. 2º Esta Instrução Normativa entra em vigor na data da sua publicação.
